FOUNDER & COACH
LEXI LENEAU
Lexi holds a B.S. in Recreation Management from Illinois State University and has been a certified personal trainer since 2018. Over the course of the last several years Lexi has worked with a wide variety of clients. She started her career at a private sports performance gym in Highland Park, IL, coaching adult bootcamp classes, training high school, college and a handful of professional level athletes. That early exposure to such diverse groups shaped a versatile coaching style that adapts to nearly anyone’s needs and goals.
In 2021, what is now THE RVLRY, began as Rivalry Strength & Performance. What started as a small idea to branch out independently as a personal trainer quickly became something bigger than fitness and external outcomes. It evolved into a brand centered on the ongoing battle between who you are and who you’re becoming, and how important the journey of becoming truly is.
As a trainer and coach, Lexi focuses on building habits that align with your life—helping you win the small, daily battles that lead to lasting change. Her approach is built on open dialogue, trust, and a commitment to lasting, results-driven relationships.
